Water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer

The product is prepared by water-based epoxy resin, amine curing agent, zinc powder and related additives, and does not add anti-rust pigments with high heavy metal content such as Ming and lead. The coating film has excellent physical and mechanical properties, excellent hardness and adhesion. Good resistance to salt spray, impact, water and oil.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Water-based industrial coatings can be applied to all kinds of steel structures, bridge engineering, marine engineering, ports and terminals, pipelines, construction, petrochemical, municipal engineering, storage tanks, rail transit, functional vehicles, power facilities, transformers, distribution cabinets, machinery and equipment and other high anti-corrosion and anti-rust effects.

1. Clean the oil, rust, old patent leather and other dirt on the surface of the substrate before painting to ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean and dry.

2. Grinding the grinding wheel to remove the welding nodules, spatter, and hardened layer on the surface of the workpiece. All gas cut, sheared or machined free edge sharp angles should be ground to R2.

3. Sandblasting to Sa2.5 or power tools to St2 level, construction will be carried out within 6 hours after sandblasting.

4. It is recommended to use off-pressure airless spraying to obtain a uniform and good coating film.

5. Before construction, the main material must be stirred evenly with an electric mixer, the curing agent must be added in proportion and stirred again, and the construction can be carried out after 3-5 minutes of curing. During the construction process, it should be stirred continuously to prevent the zinc powder from sinking and affecting the quality of the paint film. The mixed paint should be used within 6 hours.

6. Maintain good ventilation during construction, and construction is not recommended when the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C or the humidity is greater than 85%.

7. Rain, snow and fog weather can not be carried out outdoors, if the construction has been carried out, you can take measures such as covering with a tarpaulin to protect the paint film.

1. The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, and the storage temperature should be above 5 °C and below 35 °C, so as to prevent immersion in water and direct sunlight, isolate the fire source, and keep away from the heat source.

2. The product meets the storage conditions, and the storage period is one year from the date of production, and the inspection can be carried out after the storage period, and it can still be used if it meets the standards.

3. During the transportation of the product, it should be protected from severe cold, rain and sun exposure, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
