The product is prepared by using waterborne aliphatic polyurethane resin as the film-forming binder, HDI as the curing agent, and adding environmentally friendly pigment fillers, functional additives and other materials. The paint film is plump, with high gloss and bright color. Good adhesion, high hardness and excellent weather resistance.

It is suitable for topcoat coating with high surface requirements and high weather resistance requirements. It is mainly used in the surface decoration of metal components such as wind power towers, mechanical equipment, construction machinery, petrochemical tubing, etc., and has excellent outdoor weather resistance and anti-corrosion performance.

Before construction, the main material must be stirred evenly with an electric mixer, the curing agent must be added in proportion and stirred again, and the construction can be carried out after 3-5 minutes of curing. During the construction process, it should be stirred continuously to prevent precipitation and affect the quality of the paint film. The mixed paint should be used within 6 hours.
6. Maintain good ventilation during construction, and construction is not recommended when the ambient temperature is low 5 °C or the humidity is greater than 85%.

7. Rain, snow and fog can not be used in outdoor construction, such as construction, can be covered with a tarpaulin to protect the paint film.

1. The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, with a storage temperature above 5 °C and below 35 °C, to prevent immersion in water and direct sunlight, isolate the fire source, and keep away from the heat source.
2. The product meets the storage conditions, the storage period is one year from the date of production, and the inspection can be carried out after the storage period, and it can still be used if it meets the standards.
3. During transportation, the product should be protected from severe cold, rain and sun exposure, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
