Polyvinylidene-fluoride fluorocarbon coating (PVDF)
PVDF fluorocarbon coating is a high temperature baking type product, generally including primer and top coat, in 230℃ conditions, baking for 15 minutes. The fluorocarbon paint is mainly suitable for aluminum plate, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and other base materials, paint film is metal color, good metal texture, beautiful appearance, excellent decoration. It is widely used in the field of aluminum single-panel curtain wall.
The fluorocarbon coating has a very good solvent resistance, chemical resistance, ultraviolet light resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent heat resistance.
PTFE-fluorocarbon coating (PTFE)
PTFE fluorocarbon coating is generally called non-adhesive coating or easy to clean coating, the surface self-cleaning property is very good, and the adhesive dirt is easy to clean. Coating acid and alkali resistance, resistance to various organic solvents, high temperature resistance, friction coefficient is very low, mainly used for non-stick pot inner wall or some pipe fittings internal coating.

High temperature resistance: use the working temperature up to 250℃.
Low temperature resistance: good mechanical toughness; elongation of 5% even if the temperature drops to-196℃.
Corrosion resistance: for most chemicals and solvents, show inert, resistant to strong acid and alkali, water and various organic solvents.
