High chlorinated polyethylene paint

Rear matching: chlorinated rubber topcoat, acrylic topcoat
1. The substrate must be clean and dry without any contaminants.
2. Unpainted surface: sandblasted to Sa2. Grade 5, surface roughness 30~70μm.
3. Pre-coated zinc surface: clean, dry, contaminant, zinc-free.
4. The old paint film that can be matched: remove all pollutants, clean and dry.

Fast drying, can be painted at low temperature, strong adhesion of the paint film, tough (strong adhesion) of the paint film, strong anti-corrosion performance, flame retardant, good protection against the atmosphere, water and petroleum. The paint film layer is miscible with each other, and has excellent interlayer adhesion.
Construction conditions: substrate temperature above 3°C
Mix: Stir the paint well.
Dilution: You can add an appropriate amount of supporting diluent, stir evenly and adjust to the construction viscosity.
Eyes: If the paint splashes into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention in time.
Skin: If the skin is stained with paint, rinse with soap and water or use an appropriate industrial cleaner, do not use large amounts of solvents or thinners.
Inhalation or inhalation: If you inhale a large amount of solvent gas or paint mist, you should immediately move to a place with fresh air, loosen the collar and let it gradually recover, if you swallow the paint, please seek medical attention immediately.
Storage: It must be stored in accordance with national regulations, the environment is dry, ventilated and cool, avoid high temperature and keep away from fire.
Storage validity: 12 months, after which it should be used after passing the inspection

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is suitable for anti-rust primer on the surface of steel exposed to the general atmospheric environment, chemical atmospheric environment, petroleum, chemical, smelting, and equipment marine atmospheric environment.
