Fluorocarbon anticorrosive paint

Fluorocarbon anticorrosive paint is a two-component coating formulated by fluorocarbon resin, weather-resistant pigments and fillers, various additives, aliphatic isocyanate curing agent (HDI), etc. Excellent resistance to water and damp heat, excellent resistance to chemical corrosion. Excellent aging resistance, chalking resistance and ultraviolet resistance. The paint film is hard, with impact resistance and abrasion resistance. Good adhesion, dense paint film structure, good oil and solvent resistance. It has very strong gloss and color retention, and good decoration.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Fluorocarbon primer is a two-component coating formulated by fluorocarbon resin, weather-resistant fillers, various additives, aliphatic isocyanate curing agent (HDI), etc. Excellent resistance to water and heat and moisture, excellent resistance to chemical corrosion. Excellent aging resistance, chalking resistance and ultraviolet resistance. The paint film is hard, with impact resistance and abrasion resistance. Good adhesion, dense paint film structure, good oil and solvent resistance. It has very strong gloss and color retention, and good decoration.

Remark 1. Before overcoating the rear coating, the front coating film should be dry without any pollution.

2. It is not suitable for construction in rainy days, foggy days and relative humidity greater than 80%.

3. Wash the tool with thinner before use to remove any moisture that may be present

Front matching: zinc-rich primer, epoxy primer, epoxy intermediate coat, etc.
The surface must be dry and clean before construction, free of any contaminants (grease, zinc salts, etc.)

Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 °C higher than the dew point, and when the temperature of the substrate is lower than 5 °C during outdoor construction, the curing reaction of epoxy resin and curing agent will stop, and construction should not be carried out.

Mixing:Component A should be stirred evenly first, and then component B (curing agent) should be added to mix, stir thoroughly and evenly, and it is recommended to use a power stirrer.

Dilution: After mixing evenly and fully curing, you can add an appropriate amount of supporting diluent, stir evenly, and adjust to the construction viscosity before use。

The construction site should have a good ventilation environment to prevent the inhalation of solvent gases and paint mist. The product should be

kept away from the heat source, and smoking is strictly prohibited on the construction site.

Eyes: If paint splashes into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

Skin: If the skin is stained with paint, rinse with soap and water or use an appropriate industrial cleaner, do not use large amounts of solvents or thinners.

Inhalation or inhalation: due to inhalation of a large amount of solvent gas or paint mist, it should be immediately moved to a fresh place of air, loosen the collar, and let it gradually recover. f ingested with paint, seek medical attention immediately.

Storage: It must be stored in accordance with national regulations, the environment is dry, ventilated and cool, and high temperature and far away from the fire source.

Storage validity: 12 months, after which it should be used after passing the inspection

Packing: Part A: 20kg, Part B: 4kg
